This promotion is organised and promoted by Leading Technologies Limited, located at 5/51 William Pickering Drive, Rosedale, Auckland, New Zealand (“Promoter”).
Business hours: 10:00am – 5:00pm (Monday to Friday) and 11:00am – 4:00pm (Saturday), excluding public holidays.

  1. Promotion Period

This promotion commences on 11 February 2026 and will continue while stocks of the Free Gift last.
The promotion will automatically end once all Free Gifts have been distributed.

  1. Online-Only Promotion & Eligibility

This is an online-only promotion.

The promotion applies only to eligible purchases made through the Promoter’s official website and delivered within New Zealand.

Customers who spend NZD $88 or more in a single transaction will receive one (1) Bluetooth Wireless Charging Speaker (RRP $30) (“Free Gift”).

The minimum spend excludes shipping fees, gift cards, layby payments, refunds, and any excluded items as specified by the Promoter.

Only one (1) Free Gift per customer during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made.

  1. Availability

The Free Gift is available strictly while stocks last.

No backorders, rain checks, or alternative fulfilments will be offered once stock is exhausted.

The Promoter is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Free Gift Conditions

The Free Gift is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, credit, or any other product or benefit.

No colour, model, or specification selection is guaranteed unless otherwise stated.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Free Gift with a product of equal or greater value if necessary.

  1. Returns & Refunds

If items from a qualifying purchase are returned and the remaining order value falls below NZD $88, the Free Gift must also be returned in original, unused condition.

If the Free Gift is not returned, its retail value (NZD $30) may be deducted from the refund amount.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

All orders are subject to acceptance, stock availability, and verification.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse orders due to pricing errors, technical issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or unauthorised transactions.

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount code, bundle offer, special deal, or price match unless otherwise stated.

  1. Pricing & Adjustments

The offer cannot be applied to prior purchases.

No price adjustments will be made for purchases made before the commencement date of this promotion.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion or use of the Free Gift.
