OVERVIEW
Leading Technologies Limited (“us”, “we”) is an online shopping website where customers (“you”) can purchase electronic products and accessories.
By using an online shopping service on ldtech.co.nz, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Orders are only accepted for delivery within New Zealand.
SERVICE AND PRICES
All prices are given in New Zealand Dollars.
LD TECH reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. You shall not claim any loss against changed prices.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
PRODUCTS
Most of our products are parallel imports, so you may not be able to send your phone to a local service station for after-service. However, after service can be done at LD TECH.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Since some products are from overseas, the chargers may be different and cannot be used in New Zealand. According to related regulations, it is illegal to sell foreign pin configured chargers in New Zealand. Therefore, we provide a New Zealand charger for each product. We endeavor to use chargers with the same brand of the product.
However, if we are unable to provide that, we will use qualified third-party chargers.
PAYMENT
All prices on our website are GST included;
We accept major credit cards through online PayPal including Visa, MasterCard. No credit card surcharge applies;
Customer can pay by bank transfer;
For the security and confirmation process, we may contact the person who has made the purchase for more details.
OFFER AND ACCEPTANCE
We may reject an order due to the stock availability of an items, no claims shall be made against this.

DELIVERY
All LD TECH products is required for the confirmation of the payment before ship out;
We endeavor to deliver most items within 5 working days. For some camera products or products under “Pre-order” conditions will take around 15 working days for shipping. Any delays of the order will be notified at the earliest time possible; no claims shall be made against delays.
All products will be delivered to customers’ addresses in New Zealand; if customers wish to pick up the products, the customer will need to contact us first and bring the phone ID for a security check.
Any payment or deposit shall not be refunded if the customer changes his/her mind;
A full refund will be given if we are unable to source a paid item.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS
The important notices
Please DO NOT sign for your goods until you have inspected the contents. Please ensure that any goods signed for that are later found to be damaged cannot be claimed on. If your goods do arrive damaged, DO NOT sign and contact us immediately.
Subject to the application of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, any enquiry regarding claims for damaged items must be made in writing to LD TECH within 7 days.
Changing your mind / purchasing the wrong product by mistake
If you change your mind after making a purchase or realise you have purchased the incorrect item. 7 days exchange policy we could offer under this case. If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item, you will be offered an item cost refund on your account. And a 20% restock and handling fee will be apply if package is damaged or missed. To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and we will need to be notified within 7 days of purchase / delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be credited.
Products damaged in transit
If your product has been damaged during transit to your delivery address, we will replace your product (if it is available) or issue a credit / refund. In these circumstances, evidence is required for claims. if the Consumer Guarantees Act applies to the purchase, we will meet our obligations under that Act. Otherwise, if the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply, unless we agree otherwise, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery in order to be eligible for a replacement, credit or refund.
Products that are faulty upon arrival
If the product you received is faulty upon arrival or where the Consumer Guarantees Act applies, the products do not comply with the guarantees under that Act, we will either repair or replace your product or issue a credit / refund. Without limiting any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act, in order to repair, replace or issue a credit / refund for your faulty product, it will need to be returned to us so we can test and confirm that it is faulty. If the Consumer Guarantees Act applies, we will meet our obligations under that Act, Otherwise, if the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply, all returns of this nature must be made within 14 days of purchase / delivery.
Products used or installed
Our warranty does not apply where damage is caused by the installer or other factors, including:
• Normal wear and tear;
• Incorrect installation or damage through mishandling;
• Liquid or water damage
• Excessive wear and tear due to mishandling or failure to follow operating instructions.
• Battery leakage or infiltration of foreign particles;
• Batteries that have been pierced, bent or damaged in any way from installation or other means.
• Use of the product with unsuitable accessories.
• When Apple iOS or Android Software updates cause faults.
• Shipment or other transit. Leading Technologies Ltd will not be responsible for damage or loss in transit. Our liability ends once the item has left our premises and tracking details have been provided to the customer. The courier services that Leading Technologies Ltd uses, include a loss in transit and damage insurance, if the product is in their hands, you must claim your warranty through the chosen shipping company and notify us of the claim.
TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
